STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. One-year warranty for data centers, 2 years for three-phase UPS units, and 1 year for single-phase and two-phase UPS units.
2. CIF transportation (includes shipping from the factory to the port of origin and from the port in China to the port of destination) only.
3. For complete Data Center Projects, spare parts will be provided for air conditioners, power modules, and backup PDUs.
4. 50% advance payment with Purchase Order, 50% upon BL.
5. The factory will provide support (NOT INSTALLATION) during the startup and commissioning of the data center, only if the quote includes the item “Start Up.”
6. For Data Center Projects, XIMOS DCIM will be implemented once all equipment is on-site and online. A provisional DCIM will be provided while the data center is being installed.
7. Lead time for Data Center Projects:
8. 3 months manufacturing, 2 months shipping.

10. 1 month manufacturing, 2 months shipping.
