TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Warranty

• Data Centers: 1 year.
• Three-Phase UPS Systems: 2 years.
• Single-Phase and Two-Phase UPS Systems: 1 year.

2. Production Start

Production will begin once the Purchase Order has been received and the corresponding advance payment has been confirmed.

3. Changes or Modifications

Any changes made after the issuance of the Purchase Order must be approved by both parties through written communication.

4. General Considerations

Delivery and logistics timelines may vary due to external factors related to international transportation, customs, material availability, or force majeure events.
